摘要 气体钢瓶在高校实验室应用极为普遍,其兼具危险化学品和特种设备的危险特性,且有种类多、数量大、流动性强等特点,管理困难,容易发生事故,是高校实验室安全管理重中之重。针对目前高校实验室气体钢瓶管理存在的诸多问题,基于全面质量管理理论给出相应对策,做好高校实验室气体钢瓶管理,减少安全事故发生,保障高校实验室安全。 Gas cylinders are widely used in university laboratories. They have both the dangerous characteristics of dangerous chemicals and special equipment, and they have many other characteristics, such as large variety, large quantity and strong mobility. These bring inconvenience to laboratory safety management, so management of gas cylinders is the most important part of laboratory safety management in university laboratories. Aiming at the problems existing in the management of gas cylinders in university laboratories, based on the theory of total quality management, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents and ensure the safety of university laboratories.
