摘要
目的分析总结疾病预防控制中心卫生管理的现状,发现存在的问题,并提出针对性的解决对策。方法对目前疾病预防控制中心卫生管理工作的现状进行分析,总结现阶段卫生管理工作中存在的问题,并针对具体的问题制订可行、有效的应对策略。结果现阶段疾控中心卫生管理工作中存在的问题主要体现在以下几方面:①疾控中心内部的组织结构尚不完善;②疾控中心机构内的设备老旧、更新速度慢;③用于疾病预防的经费不足;④疾控中心工作人员的工作范围不明确;⑤机构中缺乏高素质、高学历的专业技术人才。针对上述问题,提出如下解决对策:①对疾控中心卫生管理工作予以高度重视;②建立健全完善的内部管理体系和组织结构;③更新设备,实现资源的合理分配;④加大疾病预防经费的支持力度;⑤明确各级工作人员的岗位职责;⑥培养、引入高素质的专业人才。结论疾病预防控制中心卫生管理工作的工作质量受到多种因素的影响,而切实解决疾病预防控制中心卫生管理中的问题,从多方面完善工作内容,是提高疾控中心卫生管理工作质量、保障居民健康和社会整体安全及和谐性的关键。
Objective To analyze and summarize the current status of the health management of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,find the existing problems,and propose targeted solutions.Methods Analyze the current status of the health management work of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,and summarize the existing problems in the current health management work.And formulate feasible and effective response strategies for specific problems.Results The current problems in the health management of the CDC are mainly reflected in the following aspects:1.the internal organizational structure of the CDC is not yet perfect.2.the equipment in the CDC organization is old and slow to update;3.the funding for disease prevention is insufficient;4.the scope of work of CDC staff is unclear;5.there is a lack of high-quality,highly educated professional and technical personnel in the organization.In response to the above problems,the following solutions are proposed:1.attach great importance to the health management of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention;2.establish a sound and complete internal management system and organizational structure;3.update equipment to achieve a reasonable allocation of resources;4.increase support for disease prevention funds;5.clarify the job responsibilities of staff at all levels;6.cultivate and introduce high-quality professionals.Conclusion The quality of the health management work of the CDC is affected by many factors.Solving the problems in the health management of the CDC and improving the work content in many aspects is the key to improving the quality of the CDC's health management work,ensuring the health of residents and the overall safety and harmony of society.
