摘要
目的整体把握国内外突发公共卫生事件研究的热点及前沿,为中国突发公共卫生事件的应对提供参考。方法通过WebofScience与CNKI数据库检索2010—2020年国内外突发公共卫生事件研究相关文献,借助CiteSpace软件进行图谱绘制,通过图谱重点探析某特定时期、某科学领域的研究热点及发展趋势。结果国外突发公共卫生事件研究相关文献逐年增多,国内发文量在2010—2014年增幅较为平稳,2014年后有所下降。美国对突发公共卫生事件的研究在世界处于领军地位,英国位居第二位;研究机构以高校和疾病预防控制中心为主;国外的研究热点以公众健康、保健、应急部门为主,而中国则以突发公共卫生事件、传染病、应急管理为主。结论与国外相比,国内突发公共卫生事件研究存在一定差距,其研究的深度及广度仍有待拓展,国内须汲取国外突发公共卫生事件研究的热点及前沿,加强建设中国应对突发公共卫生事件的能力,以促进中国应对突发公共卫生事件能力的发展。
Objective To comprehensively grasp the research hotspots and frontiers of public health emergencies at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for the response of public health emergencies in China.Methods The relevant literatures on public health emergencies at home and abroad from 2010 to 2020 were retrieved from Web of Science and CNKI database,and the maps were drawn with the help of CiteSpace software,and the research hotspots and the development trends of a certain period and a certain scientific field were mainly focused on through the maps.Results Foreign literatures on the research of public health emergencies increased year by year,while the number of domestic papers increased steadily from 2010 to 2014,but decreased after 2014;The United States was the world leader in the study of public health emergencies,and Britain ranked the second;the research institutions were mainly universities and CDCs;public health,health care and emergency departments were the main research hotspots in foreign countries,however,in China,public health emergencies,infectious diseases and emergency management were the main research hotspots.Conclusion Compared with foreign countries,there is a certain gap in the research of public health emergencies in China,and the depth and breadth of the research still needs to be expanded,it is necessary to learn from the research hotspots and frontiers of foreign public health emergencies in our country,and strengthen the ability to deal with public health emergencies,in order to promote the ability on the development of response to public health emergencies in China.
