摘要
气体是科学研究的重要材料之一。我国高校实验室用气种类多,数量大,具有较高的危险性。如果实验气体管理不当,容易发生事故,造成严重的人员伤亡和财产损失。目前我国高校实验室用气安全管理还存在较多问题,亟待制定科学系统的管理方案,以提高用气安全管理水平。在分析国内外高校实验室用气安全管理现状的基础上,总结了我国高校实验用气管理存在的问题,提出了用气安全管理的解决方案,即融合“风险管理、全面质量管理、人本管理”的管理理念,并制定具体落地的管理方法及措施,提升了学校的用气安全管理水平,可为高校实验用气安全管理工作提供参考。
Gas is one of the important raw materials for scientific research. There are many types and large quantities of gas used in university laboratories, they are of great danger. If improperly managed, accidents are likely to occur, may cause serious casualties and property damage. There are still many problems in the safety management of gas use in universities in China. It is urgent to update the management concept, formulate a scientific and systematic management plan, and improve the safety management level of gas use. Based on the analysis of domestic and international laboratory gas consumption, this paper summarizes the existing problems and causes of experimental gas consumption in universities, and proposes a solution for gas safety management. That is combined with the management philosophy of "risk management, total quality management, human-oriented management", to formulate specific management measures. Under the guidance of this concept, combined with the practice of gas safety management at Tsinghua University, specific solutions to the existing gas safety problems are put forward, in order to bring inspiration to the construction and improvement of experimental gas safety management in universities.
