秸秆混凝土砌块的力学性能试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 中国是一个全球农业大国同时又是一个以煤炭为主导能源的煤炭生产和消费大国。为了减少秸秆的燃烧和粉煤灰的堆积浪费,本文将长度为3cm^5cm的小麦秸秆按照质量比为1%、2%、3%、4%、5%的比例分别掺入到普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土和粉煤灰-水泥混凝土中,制成相同尺寸大小的秸秆混凝土砌块进行抗压强度试验对比分析。试验表明,将秸秆按照质量比为1%、2%的比例掺入到混凝土中制成的砌块能够满足强度标准为C30的混凝土强度要求,此秸秆混凝土砌块可以应用到建筑物建造结构中。 China is a global agricultural country and a coal-based production and consumption country with coal as the leading energy source. In order to reduce the burning of straw and the accumulation of fly ash, the wheat straw with a length of 3-5 cm is blended into ordinary silicate according to the ratio of mass ratio of 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5%. In cement concrete and fly ash-cement concrete,straw concrete blocks of the same size are made for comparative analysis of compressive strength test. Tests have shown that the block made by blending the straw into the concrete according to the mass ratio of 1% and 2% can meet the concrete strength requirement of C30. The straw concrete block can be applied to the building structure.
