摘要
以水稻秸秆为原料,经5%NaCl溶液浸泡预处理,采用通过单因素试验和正交试验,对水稻秸秆木聚糖的提取工艺进行了优化。结果表明,在料液比1∶15(g∶mL),NaOH质量分数12%,浸提温度80℃,浸提时间1.5 h,提取液用2倍体积95%酒精沉淀的条件下,木聚糖得率为11.1%。
The processes of extracting xylan from rice straw, which is used as raw material and pretreated with 5% sodium chloride solution, are optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment in this article. The results show that the yield of xylan obtained 11.1% under extracting conditions as follows: extraction solution of sodium hydroxide 12%, with the ratio of solid to liquid 1 :1 5 (g · mL), extracting temperatrue 80%, extracting time 1.5 h, and finally the extract was precipitated with twice volume of 95% alcohol.
