摘要 农作物秸秆纤维水泥基复合材料是一种新型的绿色环保建材产品,密肋复合墙结构是适应我国墙体改革及住宅产业化要求的产物.通过对4组不同配合比稻秸秆纤维水泥基材料的试验研究,就其掺量对复合材料物理及力学性质的影响进行了探讨,通过ANSYS有限元分析,模拟了稻秸秆纤维水泥基砌块墙板的受力性能.试验表明,6%掺量的试件各项性能指标较符合墙板的砌块材料要求. Vegetable Fibre Mortar Composites is one kind of green environmental material.The multi-ribbed composite wall structure,composed of frame and filled mask,is suitable to wall reformation and residential industrialization.An experimental study was made on vegetable fiber-mortar composites,which are used as mask material filled in the multi-ribbed composite wall with four different mix proportions.And the influence of different proportions of vegetable fiber on the physical and mechanical performance of composites was investigated.Through finite element analysis with software ANSYS,the mechanical characteristics of multi-ribbed composite wall filled with vegetable fiber-mortar composites was studied.Test results indicated that the specimen with 6% rice straw proportion was the most suitable composites for the multi-ribbed wall.
