密肋复合墙体结构纤维水泥基材料试验研究

摘要 密肋复合墙结构是适应我国墙体改革及住宅产业化要求的产物,墙板为主要承力构件,担负承载、围护、分隔空间、隔热保温等作用。开发与密肋复合墙结构匹配的填充材料及研究材料受力性质是解决密肋结构优化设计的前提。通过4组不同配合比植物纤维水泥基材料试验研究秸秆掺量对复合材料物理及力学性质影响,通过实测的应力应变曲线,推导了应力应变曲线方程。 The multi-ribbed composite wall structure is a new structure that suitable to wall reformation and residential industrialization.It is not only work as the major force-bearing component of the structure,but also as building envelope and heat preserving.Development a new material to filled multi-ribbed composite wall and analysis of its stress features is necessary precondition of optimizing structure design.The paper make a experimental study of vegetable fibre-mortar composites as a mask material to infilled multi-ribbed composite wall with four different Mix Proportion.Preliminary research the affect to material stress features with different ration of vegetable fiber,through measure date,Derive Stress-Strain curve by two segment.
