摘要
当今国家大力发展职业教育,实训教学是职业教育的重要环节。本文通过分析高职汽车类实训课程现状,发现存在实训教学资源不足、实训师资薄弱、实训教学管理不适用等问题,分析了问题产生的原因,并提出相应对策,如教学方法的调整、师资的建设和学校管理制度的改革等。
Chinese government develops vocational education vigorously in recent years. Practical skills training is an important part of vocational education. By analyzing the current situation of automobile skills training in higher vocational colleges, the essay points out some existing problems, such as insufficient teaching resources, short of experienced training teachers, inappropriate training teaching management, etc. The causes of these problems are analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, such as the adjustment of teaching methods, the construction of teaching team and the reform of school management system.
