摘要
实验教学作为食品分析与检验课程的重要组成部分,在培养新时期创新人才的过程中有着不容忽视的作用。虚拟仿真项目作为一种新的实验教学形式,能够有效弥补传统实验教学中的不足,提升学生的创新能力。"互联网+"背景下的虚拟仿真项目建设,使学习过程更加自主高效。通过设计人机交互体验,互联网远程控制,建立共享机制,完善虚拟现实结合的实验教学模式,探索构建"互联网+"虚拟仿真实验教学体系。
As an important part of the food analysis and determination course,experimental teaching plays an important role in cultivating innovative talents in the new era.As a new form of experimental teaching,the virtual simulation project can effectively make up for the deficiencies in traditional experimental teaching and enhance students’ creativity.The construction of virtual simulation projects under the background of"Internet +"makes the learning process more autonomous and efficient.Through the design of human-computer interaction experience,Internet remote control,establishing a sharing mechanism,improving the experimental teaching mode of virtual reality combination,and exploring the construction of "Internet +" virtual simulation experimental teaching system.
