摘要 虚拟仿真技术的出现打破了传统教学模式,在教育领域产生深远的影响。食品化学实验是食品专业学生的基础课程,可以加强学生对理论知识的理解,同时培养学生的创新、动手能力。本文基于虚拟仿真视角,分析当前许多高校的食品化学实验课程的现状及存在的问题,探讨了利用虚拟仿真这一新型教育模式对食品化学实验课程的改革。 The appearance of virtual simulation technology has broken the traditional teaching mode and has a profound influence in the field of education. The food chemistry experiment is the basic course of the students of the food specialty. It can strengthen the students' understanding of the theoretical knowledge and cultivate the students' innovation and hands-on ability. Based on the virtual simulation perspective, this paper analyses many high levels of the present high The current situation and existing problems of food chemistry experiment course are discussed, and the reform of food chemistry experiment course by virtual simulation is discussed.
