摘要
食品分析是食品科学与工程专业课程体系中一门理论性和实践性较强的专业必修课程。随着新时代教育理念及教育手段的不断发展,需要在教学内容优化、教学方法改进以及创新思维培养等方面进行不断探索。结合笔者的工作体会,从优化课堂教学、改进实验教学模式及综合评定考核成绩等方面对该课程教学进行探究,以期培养专业知识面宽广、专业基础扎实、适应时代发展需求的高素质复合型人才。
Food analysis is a theoretical and practical compulsory course in the curriculum system of food science and engineering.With the development of educational ideas in the new times,it is necessary to constantly explore teaching contents,teaching methods and innovative thinking.On basis of the author's working experience,this paper exploits the teaching means from the aspects of optimizing classroom teaching,improving experimental teaching mode and comprehensive evaluation of examination results,aiming at cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents with broad professional knowledge to meet the development needs of the times.
