摘要
针对大类招生下食品微生物学基础课程的教学现状和本科教学改革的实际情况,对食品微生物学课程教学内容进行了改革,提出了理论教学、实验教学和实践教学的"2+1+1"新模式,为食品微生物学课程的教学改革提供了新思路和新方法。
According to the current situation of the teaching of basic course Food Microbiology under the background of large class enrollment and combing the needs of teaching reform for undergraduate courses,the teaching content was reformed.The new model "2+1+1" of classroom teaching,laboratory teaching and practice teaching was put forward,which will provide a new thought and method for teaching reform of Food Microbiology.
