电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定蟹味菇中铅含量的不确定度评定 被引量:2

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定蟹味菇中铅含量准确度和精确度良好,通过分析该检测方法的不确定度的主要来源,评估、合成各分量的不确定度,计算出铅的扩展不确定度。当蟹味菇中铅的含量为0.17mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.028mg/kg(k=2),标准曲线拟合是影响ICP-MS测定蟹味菇中铅含量不确定度的主要因素,其次是测量重复性。 The method for determination of Pb in Hypsizygus marmoreus by Inductively Coupled Plasma-mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS)has better accuracy and precision,and the uncertainty of determination method was estimated,and the uncertainty sources for each of the parameters were analyzed and combined. When the content of lead was 0.17 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.028 mg/kg(k=2). The curve fitting was the main sources of uncertainty,followed by reference material and measurement repeatability.
