微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定蟹味菇中12种微量元素 被引量:3

Determination of Trace Elements in Hypsizygus marmoreus by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry Linking Microwave Digestion

摘要 建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定蟹味菇中多种微量元素的方法,测定了蟹味菇中13种微量元素含量。结果表明,微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法前处理得当,相关系数均大于0.999 5,方法检出限为0.001~0.500μg/L,加标回收率在90.0%~110.0%,相对标准偏差均小于5%。蟹味菇中Cu,Zn,Mn,Se等微量元素含量丰富;Pb,Cd,Hg,As等微量元素的含量低于我国食品中污染物限量要求;Co,Ni,Sn等微量元素的含量很低。结果表明,微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法适用于测定蟹味菇中微量元素的含量,蟹味菇是一种营养丰富、安全健康的食材。 The method for determination of trace elements in Hypsizygus marmoreus by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry linking microwave digestion were established, and the trace enements in Hypsizygus marmoreus were determined by that method. The results showed that the sample solutions meet the requirements of inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrom- etry, the linear coefficient of elements were above 0.999 5, the detection limit was in the range of 0.001~0.500 μg/L, the re- coveries were in the range of 90.0%~110.0%, the RSD were below 5%. Cu, Zn, Mn, Se were rich in Hypsizygus mar- moreus, Pb, Cd, Hg, As meet the requirements of the national standard, Co, Ni, Sn were very poor in Hypsizygus mar- moreus. These results indicated that The method is suitable tor analyzing trace element in Hypsizygus marmoreus, and Hyp- sizygus marmoreus is a nutritious and healthy tood.
