摘要
本文概述了陶瓷导弹天线罩的结构、力热承载形式、以及失效模式,并从无损检测、材料级和结构级试验角度,综述了当前陶瓷天线罩材料和结构力热性能的各种检测与试验方法。其中,无损检测主要包括基于光学、声学、热学、射线等的方法;材料级试验包括材料热学、力学性能测试;结构级试验包括充压筛选、燃气流加热和静热试验。上述检测和试验手段共同组成了陶瓷天线罩力热性能测试系统。
This paper briefly summarizes the structure,thermal-mechanical load,and the failure modes of ceramic missile radome,and then from the aspects of non-destructive test,material and structural level tests,reviews various test methods used in assess ing thermal-mechanical performance of material and structure.Among them,non-destructive testing mainly includes me thods based on optics,acoustics,thermotics,and radiography;material-level tests include material thermal and mechanical prop erties tests;structure-level tests include pressurizing screening,jet flow heating,and thermal-mechanical test.The above methods together form a thermal-mechanical performance test system for ceramic radome.
