大型装备系统实验室高温日照加载方法

摘要 通过对高温日照试验研究,寻求为大型装备系统实验室高温日照提供有效的试验加载方法。以自然环境下日照效应为参照,以装备总受热量为指标,定量分析了多种日照加载方案。结果显示通过恰当的日照加载方案,能够确保大型装备系统总受热量与自然环境下相当。最终选择了日照面积渐变方案,进行日照环境加载顺利完成试验,为后续型号开展高温日照试验提供有利的借鉴。 Through the research of high temperature&solar radiation test,it is to be sought that the effective test loading method for large equipment system's high temperature&solar radiation test in laboratory.Taking the solar radiation effect in natural environment as reference and the total heat of equipment as the index,the paper quantitatively analyzes a variety of solar radiation loading schemes.The results show that the total heat of large equipment system can be ensured to be equal to that in the natural environment while we chose the appropriate solar radiation loading scheme.Finally,the gradual change scheme of solar radiation area is selected,and the solar radiation environment loading test is completed successfully,which provides a favorable reference for the follow-up model to carry out high temperature solar radiation test.
