摘要
采用压汞仪对多孔石英陶瓷进行了开口孔径分布测试,结果显示石英陶瓷开口孔径分布主要集中在100~400nm之间,其孔径分布范围比较集中。分别采用灯光照射法、工业CT和X射线数码成像无损检测系统进行石英陶瓷天线罩无损检测,并分析了三种检测方法各自的工作原理、检测优势与不足。
The open pore size distribution of porous silica ceramics for radome application was tested by a mercury porosimeter. The results show that their open pore sizes were mainly distributed between 100~400nm. Then, the silica ceramic radome was nondestructively tested by the light irradiation method, the industrial CT and the X-ray digital imaging nondestructive testing system. The working principles, testing advantages and shortages of the three methods were analyzed respectively.
