摘要
目的针对基于翻转课堂的外科手术学基础课程混合式教学模式进行研究探讨。方法选取蚌埠医学院2016级的五年制本科学生(包括医学系、预防、全科等)的120名学生,采用随机的方式分为2组,分别为对照组和研究组,针对对照组的60名学员,采用单纯翻转课堂的教学方法,由教员进行大班带教、手术示教后由学员进行常规操作演练;针对研究组的60名学员,在此基础上初步将翻转课堂模式与传统教学模式相结合而应用于本科五年制学生的外科手术学基础。结果研究组的学员在基本的理论熟悉度、器材的规范操作、缝线打结的精准度以及各项操作步骤的熟练度等方面都优于采用传统教学模式的对照组,另外,研究组学员的课堂满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论基于翻转课堂的外科手术学基础课程混合式教学模式,是一种教学方式的新突破。
Objective To study the hybrid teaching mode of the basic course of surgery based on the flip classroom. Methods 120 students from the five-year undergraduate students (including the Department of Medicine, Prevention, General Practice, etc.) of the 2016 School of Bian Medical College were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the research group. The 60 students in the control group used the teaching method of simply flipping the classroom. The trainers conducted regular lectures after the large class was taught and then the students were taught. For the 60 students of the research group, the combination of teaching models is applied to the surgical basis of undergraduate five-year students. Results The students in the study group were better than those in the control group in basic theoretical familiarity, standard operation of equipment, accuracy of sewing and knotting, and proficiency of various operation steps. In addition, the students in the study group were more satisfied with the classroom than those in the control group. The difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The hybrid teaching mode of the basic course of surgical surgery based on the flipping classroom is a new breakthrough in teaching methods.
