摘要
为深入考察"营养配餐软件"与翻转课堂相结合的实践成效,本研究从2018年2月至2018年6月采用问卷调查和试卷测验相结合的方式,以教学程序为实验变量进行教学实验,对基于"营养配餐软件"的翻转课堂在高职"食品营养与卫生安全"课程中的教学效果进行研究。结果表明,将"营养配餐软件"应用到高职"食品营养与卫生安全"课程教学中,极大地激发了学生的学习动机和学习兴趣,有利于培养其学习主动性与协作能力,有力地促进学生综合成绩的提升。与此同时,教师的教科研能力和课堂教学管理能力也获得了相应提升,教师需要付出更多的精力探索课堂教学设计。
In order to further investigate the practical effect of the combination of"nutrition catering software"and flipped classroom,this study,from February 2018 to June 2018,adopted the method of combining questionnaire survey and paper test to conduct teaching experiments with teaching procedures as experimental variables.The teaching effect of flipped classroom based on"nutrition catering software"in the course of"food nutrition and health safety"in higher vocational colleges was studied.The results show that the application of"nutrition catering software"to the teaching of"food nutrition and health safety"course in higher vocational colleges has greatly stimulated students’learning motivation and interests,helped to cultivate their learning initiative and cooperative ability,and effectively promoted the improvement of students’comprehensive scores.At the same time,teachers’teaching and scientific research ability and classroom teaching management ability have also been promoted correspondingly.And teachers need to pay more attention to exploring classroom teaching design.
