摘要
目的研究模拟手术技能培训在外科(骨科及妇产科)实习教学中的应用价值。方法将2013级参加外科实习的学生120名学生作为研究对象,随机平均分成观察组和对照组,对照组应用传统教学法,观察组在进入手术室实习前在骨科和妇产科进行模拟手术技能培训,课后进行专业考核和手术室反馈问卷,了解对学生动手能力和手术能力的提高情况。结果观察组在专业考核和手术室反馈中成绩明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论模拟手术技能培训在外科(骨科及妇产科)实习教学中效果较好。
Objective To study the application value of simulatedsurgical skills training in surgical teaching (orthopedics and obstetricsand gynecology). Methods A total of 120 students of grade 2013 whoparticipated in surgical practice were selected as the research objects, theywere randomly divided into observation group and control group, traditionalteaching method was used in the control group, observation group wastrained in simulated surgery skills in department of orthopedics andobstetrics and gynecology before entering the operation room, professionalexamination and feedback questionnaire in operation room after class, tounderstand the improvement of students' manipulative ability and operationability. Results The scores of the observation group were significantlybetter than those of the control group, and the diference was statisticallysignificant (P〈0.01). Conclusion Simulated surgical skills training insurgery (orthopedics and obstetrics and gynecology) practice teaching isbetter, worthy of promotion.
