通过构建国家性培训课程并联合效果评价和仿真模拟教学模式优化血管外科医师培养机制的思考 被引量:1

摘要 随着血管疾病的发病率不断增高,外周血管疾病的治疗已从“开刀为主”转变为“腔内微创治疗”为主。在这种转变的不断深化下,传统外科医师的培养模式也逐渐显现出诸多弊端。因此,改革或优化目前的培养机制以提高我国血管外科医生的技能水平已成为迫切的临床需要。血管外科训练模式的转变必须反映在对训练结构、内容和效果评估的变革上。本文拟探讨一种新型的血管外科医师培养模式:建立国家性的培训课程,结合模块化的技能培训体系以及仿真模拟工作间以提高血管外科医师的实际外科技能。结合动态及立体的效果评价机制,为动态优化培训课程提供反馈。 With the increasing incidence of vascular diseases,the treatment of peripheral vascular diseases has changed from being mainly dependent on‘operation’to‘minimally invasive treatment’.With the progress of this transformation,many drawbacks of the current training mode are beginning to emerge.Therefore,it is urgent to reform or optimize the current training system.The change of vascular surgery training system must be concentrated in the training structure,content and effectiveness evaluation.The aim of this paper is to explore a new training mode for vascular surgeons:to establish a national training courses in combination with modular skill training system and simulation workshop for improving the practical surgical skills of vascular surgeons.Moreover,the dynamic effectiveness evaluation system will provide feedback for optimizing the training course.
