摘要
现代学徒制是西方发达国家职业教育较为普遍的一种人才培养模式,但各国又各有差异,尤其是在师资队伍建设方面各不相同。对欧美各国现代学徒制的师资队伍建设进行比较分析,厘清各国师资队伍的构成与现状,归纳各国师资队伍建设的共性和特点,有助于更好地把握西方发达国家职业教育现代学徒制师资队伍建设的关键和本质,助推我国职业教育现代学徒制的试点和推广,提升我国职业教育的人才培养的质量和水平。
Modern apprenticeship is a kind of talent training mode which is more common in vocational education in western developed countries. However, there are differences in different countries, especially in terms of the construction of teaching staff. A comparative analysis of the facultyconstruction of modern apprenticeship in Europe and the United States, clarifying the composition and current situation of the faculty in different countries, and summarizing thecommonalities and characteristics of the faculty construction in different countries, and helping to better grasp the modern apprenticeship faculty of vocational education in western developed countries. The pilot and promotion of modern apprenticeship education will improve the quality and level of personnel training in vocational education in China.
