前哨淋巴结绘图在子宫内膜癌手术中应用价值的探讨

摘要 目的探究前哨淋巴结绘图在子宫内膜癌手术中的应用价值。方法选取我院2016年3月~2018年3月期间接收的60例子宫内膜癌患者作为此次研究的对象,所有患者均实施腹腔镜下全子宫及双附件切除、盆腹腔淋巴结清扫术,在腹腔镜监视下,注射亚甲蓝染剂于患者子宫体四周浆膜下层,对其前哨淋巴结数量、位置等进行观察,并在术后对所有淋巴结予以苏木精-伊红染色病理学检查。结果在腹腔镜下,患者前哨淋巴结检出率为86.67%,与盆腹腔淋巴结转移状态一致。结论前哨淋巴结绘图的精确性较高,且操作较为简单,能够作为子宫内膜癌术中监测盆腹腔淋巴结转移的主要方法。
