摘要
目的观察心理干预护理对子宫内膜癌患者术后情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2013年7月至2016年7月我院接收的84例子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各42例。两组均给予常规开腹手术并给与常规术中、术后护理,观察组术后给予心理干预护理,包括音乐聆听、放松内心意象法等。术前及术后2个月,采用HAMA量表、HAMD量表及QLQ-C30量表比较两组患者的负性情绪及生活质量。结果术后2个月,两组患者的HAMA、HAMD评分低于术前,各项生活质量评分均高于术前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理干预护理能有效缓解子宫内膜癌患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of psychological intervention nursing on postoperative emotion and qualityof life in patients with endometrial cancer. Methods A total of 84 cases of endometrial cancer patients from July 2013 toJuly 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random numbertable method, with 42 cases in each gourp. Patients in the two groups were given conventional laparotomy and routineintraoperative and postoperative nursing, and the observation group was given postoperative psychological interventionnursing, including music listening, relaxing inner imagery and so on. Before surgery and2 months after surgery, theHAMA, HAMD and QLQ-C30 scales were used to assess and compare patients＇ negative emotions and quality of lifebetween the two groups. Results At 2 months after surgery, the HAMA and HAMD scores in the two groups were lowerthan those before surgery, and the quality of life scores were higher than those before surgery, those in the observationgroup were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention nursing can effectively relieveanxiety and depression in patients with endometrial cancer and improve their quality of life.
