摘要
在传统的基于二维平面管理不动产权属信息的方法中,由于权属空间分布复杂,导致大量的权属重叠和信息冗余,不利于不动产权属信息管理。基于立体化、精细化管理不动产权属信息的目的,采用三维地理信息技术管理不动产权属,结合地形数据融合三维倾斜模型、二维矢量数据,整合分层分户图及不动产登记数据,建立三维不动产数据库,依托三维不动产数据库开发三维不动产信息管理系统,实现不动产权属信息三维可视化管理。
In the traditional method of managing non-moving property information based on two-dimensional plane,due to the complex spatial distribution of ownership,a large number of ownership overlap and information redundancy are not conducive to the information management of immovable property rights. Based on the purpose of three-dimensional and fine-grained management of non- moving property rights information,three-dimensional geographic information technology is used to manage the non-moving property rights,combined with terrain data fusion three-dimensional tilt model,two-dimensional vector data,integrated hierarchical household map and real estate registration data to establish three- dimensional real estate database,relying on three-dimensional real estate database to develop three-dimensional real estate information management system,realizing the three-dimensional visual management of immovable property rights information.
