摘要
传统不动产测量存在成本高、效率低、外业工作量大等弊端。为有效解决此类问题,本文通过试验,验证了倾斜摄影测量及三维激光扫描在农村不动产测量中的应用效果,检测和分析了这两种作业方法的测图精度。结果表明,新技术的应用大幅提高了工作效率,成果精度均能满足不动产测量的精度要求。
There are some disadvantages in traditional real estate property right measurement,such as high cost,low efficiency and heavy field work.In order to solve these problems effectively,this paper verified the application effect of tilt photogrammetry and three-dimensional laser scanning in rural real estate cadastral survey,and detected and analyzed the mapping accuracy of these two methods.The results showed that the application of the new technology greatly improved the work efficiency.The accuracy of the results could meet the accuracy requirements of the real estate cadastral survey.
