摘要
笔者以周围性面瘫为基点,从中医心理紊乱状态的内涵入手,结合两者病因病机的内在联系,通过脉象特征分析,辨别5种心理紊乱状态介导下的周围性面瘫临床特征,从心理层面初步构建周围性面瘫中医心理紊乱状态辨治体系,为该疾病的临床诊疗提供新的理论和方法,开辟中医诊疗模式的新路径。
Based on peripheral facial paralysis,starting from the connotation of psychological disorder state of traditional Chinese medicine,combining the internal relationship between the two etiology and pathogenesis,through the analysis of pulse characteristics,this paper distinguishes the clinical characteristics of peripheral facial paralysis mediated by five psychological disorders,and preliminarily constructs the differentiation and treatment system of psychological disorder state of traditional Chinese medicine for peripheral facial paralysis from the psychological level. It provides a new theory and method for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease,and opens up a new path for the diagnosis and treatment mode of traditional Chinese medicine.
