摘要
目的分析冠心病患者接受冠脉支架介入治疗的预后及影响因素。方法在贵州省遵义市第一人民医院2015年1月—2016年1月接受冠脉支架介入治疗的冠心病患者170例,随访患者2年并对资料进行回顾性分析。结果随访中,不良事件发生率为11.76%。经单因素分析心脏事件发生与残余狭隘正相关但与冠脉介入呈负相关,心绞痛复发与糖尿病史和病变血管支数是正相关;多因素分析心绞痛复发和危险因素密切相关。结论对影响冠脉支架介入治疗相关因素进行掌握,可及时对危险因素采取相应干预措施,可有效改善预后。
Objective To analyze the prognosis and influencing factors of coronary stent intervention in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 170 patients with coronary artery disease received coronary stent intervention in the hospital from January, 2015 to January,2016 were followed up for 2 years,and the data were analyzed retrospectively.Results During follow-up,the incidence of adverse events was 11.76%.Univariate analysis of cardiac events was positively correlated with residual stenosis but negatively correlated with coronary intervention.Recurrence of angina pectoris was positively correlated with the history of diabetes and the number of diseased vessels.Multivariate analysis of angina recurrence was closely related with risk factors.Conclusion Mastering the relevant factors of stent interventional therapy can help us to take corresponding intervention measures to risk factors in time,and can effectively improve the prognosis.
