泡沫铝外包混凝土桥墩防撞性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 随着城市车桥撞击事故的增多,在对桥墩保护的同时,考虑对车辆和人员的保护也很重要。通过吸取船桥撞击中柔性防撞装置的成功经验,提出泡沫铝外包混凝土装置,依托某跨线桥的双柱式桥墩运用LS-DYNA有限元软件建立三种不同的撞击模型,从能量转化、应力和墩顶墩底横向位移三部分进行碰撞动力响应分析。结果表明:泡沫铝外包混凝土具有良好的吸能能力,能有效地减小桥墩应力和桥墩横向位移,在撞击作用下满足正常使用要求,对桥墩、车辆起到很好的保护作用。 With the increase of vehicle-bridge impact accidents in cities,it is also very important to take into account the protection of vehicles and personnel while protecting bridge piers.Through the successful experience of flexible anti-collision devices in bridge and ship impact is introduced,and the foamed aluminum encased concrete device is put forward.Based on the double-column piers of a certain span bridge,three different impact model is established by using LS-DYNA finite element software.Dynamic response analysis is carried out from three parts:energy conversion,stress and bottom lateral displacement.The results show that the foamed aluminum encased concrete has good energy absorption ability,which can effectively reduce the stress of bridge pier and the lateral displacement of pier,meet the normal use requirements under the impact.It plays a very good role in protecting piers and vehicles.
