摘要
针对汽车撞击桥墩问题,设计了聚氨酯(PU)泡沫材料防撞装置,运用有限元软件建立车辆-桥墩撞击模型。在PU材料不同参数条件下,从能量转化、撞击力的角度对装置的防撞效果进行分析。结果表明:PU材料具有良好的吸能能力,能有效地吸收能量和减小桥墩撞击力,参数设计合理条件下可以有效保证桥墩结构在车辆撞击下的安全性。
For the problem of vehicles hitting piers,the polyurethane(PU)foam collision avoidance device was designed.The finite element software was used to establish vehicle pier impact model.Under the condition of different parameters of PU material,the collision avoidance effect of the device was analyzed from the angle of energy conversion and impact force.The results showed that PU material has good energy absorbing ability and it can effectively absorb energy and reduce the impact force and damage of pier.Appropriate parameters under reasonable conditions can effectively ensure the safety of pier structure under vehicle impact.
