装配整体式地铁车站横断面方向梁板柱中节点抗震性能研究 被引量:12

摘要 为评价装配整体式地铁车站整体抗震性能及推动预制拼装技术在地下结构中的应用与发展,以北京某装配整体式地铁车站实际工程为背景,设计并制作了一个车站横断面方向的足尺预制拼装梁板柱中节点和一个作为对比分析的现浇整体梁板柱中节点.采用低周循环加载试验的方法研究了梁板柱中节点的破坏形态、滞回特性、承载力、变形能力、耗能能力以及刚度退化等.试验结果表明:预制拼装梁板柱中节点与现浇整体梁板柱中节点的破坏形态略有不同,现浇整体梁板柱中节点的裂缝分布均匀,主要分布在加载板及连接梁区域,而预制拼装梁板柱中节点的裂缝分布较为集中,主要分布在加载板(叠合板)及预制构件拼装连接部位,尤其是叠合板的现浇与预制构件的连接区域.预制拼装梁板柱中节点与现浇整体梁板柱中节点的承载力、初始刚度及耗能能力基本相当,且预制拼装梁板柱中节点的位移延性系数约为现浇整体梁板柱中节点的1.6倍.基于预制拼装构件的连接方式及构造特点,对灌浆套筒和拼装连接缝进行简化处理,并对试验节点进行了有限元分析.分析结果表明,两者的破坏形态和骨架曲线与试验结果吻合较好,预制拼装梁板柱中节点的抗震性能与现浇整体梁板柱中节点的抗震性能基本相当.试验和数值分析结果均为预制拼装结构在地下结构中的应用奠定了基础. In order to evaluate the seismic behavior and performance of the overall assembled subway station and promote the application of the prefabricated assembly technology in underground structures,the full-scale prefabricated beam-column-slab interior joint(PMJ-1)from the cross section of station and the full-scale cast-in-place concrete beam-column-slab interior joint(CMJ-1)were designed and fabricated.The important indexes were studied under low-cycle repeated loading,such as failure mode,hysteretic characteristic,bearing capacity,deformation capacity,energy dissipation capacity and stiffness degeneration etc.The results show that the distributions of cracks are slightly different.The distribution of cracks of the cast-in-place concrete joint is homogeneous,but the distribution of cracks of the precast concrete joint is localized.For the precast concrete joint,the main regions of cracks were distributed along the plastic zone of the layered slab and the connection,especially the superimposed surface between precast part and cast-in-place part of the layered slab.The bearing capacity,initial stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of beamcolumn-slab joints are approximately the same for the two tested joints,but the displacement ductility coefficient of PMJ-1 is about 1.6 times of that of CMJ-1.Based on the connection type and the details of PMJ-1,the grouting sleeves and connecting parts of prefabricated member are simplified in the finite element model.The numerical analysis results agree well with the experimental results.The seismic performance of the prefabricated assembled joints is not weaker than that of the cast-in-place joints.Both the experimental results and the numerical analysis lay the foundation for the application of the prefabricated assembled structures in underground structures.
