基于综合抗裂技术的叠合板组合梁-钢柱节点抗震性能试验研究 被引量:5

Experimental study on seismic performance of composite beam with laminated slabs-steel column joints with comprehensive anti-cracking technology

摘要 叠合板组合梁是一种适应于大跨、重载以及装配化建造的组合梁形式,但是存在负弯矩区混凝土板易受拉开裂的问题。为提高叠合板组合梁负弯矩区混凝土板的抗裂性能,采用开孔钢板抗拔不抗剪连接件和纤维抗裂高性能混凝土现浇层综合抗裂措施。对5个叠合板组合梁-钢柱节点试件进行拟静力试验,参数包括连接件形式、现浇层混凝土材料和钢筋强度。试验结果表明:采用开孔钢板抗拔不抗剪连接件和现浇层采用纤维抗裂高性能混凝土均能提高组合梁的抗裂性能,综合使用这2种抗裂措施效果更好,而现浇层钢筋强度对组合梁抗裂性能影响较小;组合梁负弯矩区承载力受现浇层混凝土材料及钢筋强度的影响均较小;采用开孔钢板连接件可以提高组合梁的抗弯刚度;采用开孔钢板抗拔不抗剪连接件的试件具有良好的抗震性能。 Composite beam with laminated slabs is a kind of composite beam which is suitable for long-span,heavy-load and assembly construction,but there is a problem that concrete slabs are prone to cracking in tension in the negative moment zone.In order to improve the anti-cracking performance of concrete slabs in the negative moment zone of composite beams with laminated slabs,comprehensive anti-crack measures were adopted,including uplift-restricted and slip-permitted perforated steel plate connectors and the cast-in-place layer of high-performance anti-cracking fiber reinforced concrete.Five composite beam-steel column joints with laminated slabs were tested by quasi-static test.The parameters included the connection type,cast-in-place concrete material and reinforcement strength.The test results show that the anti-cracking performance of composite beams could be improved by adopting the uplift-restricted and slip-permitted perforated steel plate connectors and the high-performance anti-cracking fiber reinforced concrete in the cast-in-place layer.The comprehensive use of these two anti-cracking measures has a better effect,while the strength of steel bars in the cast-in-place layer has less influence on the anti-cracking performance of composite beams.The ultimate bearing capacity of composite beams under negative moment is less affected by the concrete material of the cast-in-place layer and the strength of steel bars.The bending stiffness of composite beams could be improved by using perforated steel plate connectors.The specimens with uplift-restricted and slip-permitted perforated steel plate connectors have a good seismic performance.
