装配式竖索自攻螺栓-芯筒钢柱节点抗震性能分析 被引量:2

Seismic Performance Analysis of Prefabricated Vertical Short Strand Tapping High-Strength Bolt-Core Sleeve Column Connection

摘要 为实现施工现场钢结构箱形柱的高效连接,结合预应力技术,提出装配式竖索自攻螺栓-芯筒钢柱节点。基于装配式竖索自攻螺栓-芯筒钢柱节点拟静力试验,通过有限元软件ABAQUS建立精细化有限元分析模型。在试验与有限元结果吻合较好的前提下设置4组参数化模型,研究自攻螺栓的个数及直径对节点的力学性能影响。结果表明:自攻螺栓的设置可以限制柱连接节点处的变形,自攻螺栓个数或直径的增加均可进一步限制柱连接节点处的变形,显著提高柱连接节点的极限抗弯承载力,增加自攻螺栓个数与增大自攻螺栓直径的效果相近。同时根据节点受力机理提出节点极限抗弯承载力验算公式。为实现现场高效装配的同时节约工程成本,在节点设计时可优先采用增大自攻螺栓直径的方式。装配式竖索自攻螺栓-芯筒钢柱连接节点避免现场焊接,具有良好的力学性能,突破了竖向构件无焊接连接的高效连接难题,对推进装配式建筑发展、促进建筑产业化升级具有重大意义。 In order to realize highly-efficient connection of box column of steel structure in construction site,a prefabricated vertical short strand tapping high-strength bolt-core sleeve steel column connection in combination with prestressed technique was proposed.Based on the pseudo-static test on the prefabricated vertical short strand tapping high-strength bolt-core sleeve steel column connection,the refined analytical model was established through ABAQUS finite element software.On the premise that the result of finite element model was in excellent agreement with the test results,four sets of parametric model were set up to investigate the mechanical property effect induced by the number and diameter of tapping high-strength bolt.The results show that the deformation at the column connection joints can be restricted by applying the tapping high-strength bolt,and so does the increase of number or diameter of tapping high-strength bolt.Simultaneously,lateral bearing capacity of joint is significantly enhanced by adding the number and diameter of tapping high-strength bolt.Consistency of improving effect on lateral bearing capacity as well as restricting the deformation of column connection is reflected between the increase of number and diameter of tapping high-strength bolts.Simultaneously the ultimate bearing capacity check formula was proposed according to the forcing mechanism of joint.In order to realize the simplification of processing technology and efficient assembly on site as well as cost saving,increasing the diameter of tapping high-strength bolt can be preferred in node design.Equipped with excellent mechanical properties,prefabricated vertical short strand tapping high-strength bolt-core sleeve steel column connection avoids welding on-site as well as break through the high efficiency connection problem of vertical component without welding connection,which is of great significance to promote the development of prefabricated buildings as well as the upgrading of building industrialization.
