摘要
现有丛式井组套管阴极保护阳极井是裸眼完井,运行一段时间后井壁容易坍塌,导致阳极体及出气管线被埋损坏或阳极本体消耗完后不能直接更换,重建阳极井成本高,给管理和维护造成一定的滞后性,削弱了阴极保护的效果。丛式井组套管阴极保护在线深阳极井,延长了阳极井寿命,在线监测阳极井故障时,可通过排气管和独芯电缆一同将阳极本体拔出,再下放新的阳极本体,达到重复利用阳极地床的目的,节约了重新打井费用,也有利于井场环境保护。在某油田5个丛式井组进行了现场应用,应用效果良好。
The existing cluster well group casing cathodic protection anode well is a bare eye completion well.After running for some time,the well wall is prone to collapse,and results in the anode body being buried and damaged,or the anode itself can t be replaced directly after running out of it .The cost of anode well reconstruction is high,which leads to a certain lag in management and maintenance,and weakens the effect of cathodic protection.The online deep anode well with cluster well group casing cathodic protection extends the life of the anode well.When the online monitoring anode well is in fault,the anode body can be pulled out together with the exhaust pipe and the core cable,and the new anode body can be decentralized to achieve repeated use.The cost of re-drilling is saved,and is beneficial to the environment protection of the well site.Field applications are carried out in five cluster wells in an oilfield.The application results are good.
