摘要
钢制管道在我国天然气长输管道及站场建设中使用非常普遍,对于埋地钢制管道的防腐措施,一般采用防腐涂层与阴极保护联合的方式,目前区域阴极保护形式在石油天然气站场应用广泛,且效果显著,但也暴露出一些问题。通过对天然气站场区域阴极保护技术特点的探讨,结合现场区域阴极保护在设计、施工、运行过程中存在的一些问题提出了初步的解决办法,并就如何保证站场区域阴极保护系统的正常运行提出了管理措施,应做到阴极保护设备、恒电位仪、参比电极、阳极地床、测试桩装置、绝缘法兰等的定期检查和维护。
Steel pipelines are widely used in the construction of natural gas pipeline and station in China.For the anticorrosion measures of buried steel pipeline,anti-corrosion coating and cathodic protection are usually combined,but some problems are also exposed.At present,the regional cathodic protection has been widely used in oil and gas stations achieved remarkable results.Combined with some problems existing in the design,construction and operation process of field cathodic protection,preliminary solutions are put forward,and management measures are put forward to ensure the normal operation of the regional cathodic protection system of station.The periodical detection and protection of cathodic protection equipment,the potentiostat,reference electrode,anode groundbed,the test pile,insulating flange should be done.
