摘要
考虑天然气长输站场生产中断损失,研究天然气站场管道定量管道风险评价方法。基于站场工艺管道泄漏风险评价模型,考虑人员伤亡、设备损坏损失、生产中断损失、关联设备损失、维修维护成本等后果,建立管道风险评价模型,量化站场重点区域风险。以普光首站为对象,开展了站场管道风险量化评价工作,研究结果对天然气长输站场安全运行具有重要指导意义。
Considering the production interruption loss of the station yard, the quantitative pipeline risk assessment method of the natural gas long-distance station yard pipeline was studied. Based on the leakage risk assessment model of the process pipeline of the station, considering the consequences of personnel casualties, equipment damage losses, production interruption losses, related equipment losses,maintenance costs, etc., a pipeline risk assessment model was established to quantify the risks in key areas of the station. Taking the Puguang First Station as the object, a quantitative assessment of the pipeline risk of the station yard was carried out, and the research results had important guiding significance for the safe operation of the natural gas long-distance transmission station.
