丛式井组套管阴极保护数字化远程监控柜研发应用

摘要 某油田丛式井组套管阴极保护缺乏远程监控,需专职人员定期巡查,针对该问题研发了一种丛式井组套管阴极保护数字化远程监控柜。该数字化远程监控柜主要由仪表单元、直流供电单元、远程控制终端(RTU)等组成,具有运行效率高、调压安全、体积小、质量轻、投入成本低、组网方便、数据传输稳定可靠、功能强大等优点。通过该油田60多个丛式井组的现场实际应用表明:该数字化远程监控柜实现了丛式井组套管阴极保护和数字化远程监控,无需专职人员管理,达到了预期的设计目的。 A digital remote monitoring cabinet for cluster well group casing cathodic protection is developed to solve the problem of lack of remote monitoring for cluster well group casing cathodic protection in an oilfield, which requires regular inspection by full-time personnel. The digital remote monitoring cabinet is mainly composed of instrument unit, DC power supply unit and remote terminal(RTU). The monitoring cabinet has the advantages of high efficiency, voltage regulation safety, small size, light weight, low cost, convenient networking, stable and reliable data transmission and powerful functions. The field application of more than 60 cluster wells in the oilfield shows the digital remote monitoring cabinet realizes cathodic protection and digital remote monitoring of casing in cluster wells, and without the need for full-time personnel management. The expected design purpose is achieved.
