摘要
矿产资源的开采和利用推动人类社会进步的同时加剧了矿区周围环境污染,给人们的生存发展带来了严重的负面影响,采矿行业污染治理效果与成本控制成为新的研究课题。在确定采矿行业环境质量变化量的基础上构建了采矿行业污染治理模型,利用该模型计算采矿行业气体、土壤、水体、微生物污染治理效果环境成本,实现采矿行业污染治理效果与成本控制关系建模分析。选取某采矿企业的任意一个矿区作为研究对象,核算各个矿区的污染治理环境成本,发现得到的结论与实际情况高度吻合,说明采矿企业污染治理效果与成本控制之间成正比,为今后采矿行业污染治理环境成本管理和控制提供了有效指导。
The exploitation and utilization of the mineral resources have contributed to the progress of the human society,while the environmental pollution around the mining areas is aggravated,which has brought a serious negative effect on the survival and development of the people.The pollution treatment effect and the cost control of the mining industry have become a new research subject.The pollution treatment model of mining industry is constructed on the basis of determining the change of the environmental quality in mining industry,and the environmental cost of gas,soil,water and the microbial pollution treatment in mining industry is calculated by the model.The model analysis of relationship between the pollution control effect and the cost control in mining industry is also achieved.Selecting any mining area of a mining enterprise as the research object,the environmental cost of pollution treatment in each mining area is calculated.The conclusion obtained is in a good agreement with the actual situation,which shows that the pollution treatment effect of mining enterprises is proportional to the cost control,and it provides an effective guidance for the environmental cost management and pollution control in mining industry in the future.
