临床常见消瘿复方及中药内的碘含量测定 被引量:16

摘要 目的:明确临床常用消瘿汤剂及单味中药内的碘含量,为临床正确选择治疗瘿病的中药提供指导。方法:采用微波消解仪消解样品,电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)法测定本科验方泻火消瘿方、临床常见消瘿复方以及52味中药的碘含量。结果:碘的检出限为9.32 ng/L,加样回收率为94.7%~101.0%,RSD均<10%,消瘿复方中海藻玉壶汤、四海舒郁丸含碘量高,中药海藻、昆布碘含量远高于其他中药,本科验方泻火消瘿方含碘量低,临床常见其他消瘿复发及单味中药碘含量较低。结论:海藻、昆布等海生类化痰散结药物及相应的复方含碘量高,应用ICP-MS法能够快速、准确测定临床常用消瘿中药的碘含量。 Objective: To identify the iodine content of some Chinese decoction and herbal for thyroid disease, so as to provide guidance for clinicians to choose proper herbal in treating thyroid disease. Methods:The samples were digested by microwave digestion instrument and the iodine content of Xiehuo Xiaoying prescription(泻火消瘿方), commonly used Xiaoying compound prescription and 52 traditional Chinese medicines were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Results: The detection limit for iodine determination is 9.32 ng/L, recovery of the method is 94% ~101%, and RSD is less than 10%. The iodine content of Haizao Yuhu decoction(海藻玉壶汤) and Sihai Shuyu decoction(四海舒郁丸) is much higher than other decoctions, Haizao(seaweed) and Kunbu(kelp) has the highest iodine content than other Chinese herbal medicine. The iodine content of Xiehuo Xiaoying prescription(泻火消瘿方), commonly used Xiaoying compound prescription and 52 traditional Chinese medicines was low. Conclusions: Reducing phlegm and resolving mass medicine, such as seaweed and kelp, have a higher iodine determination. ICP-MS is proven to be a quickly and accurately method to determinate the iodine content of Chinese herbal medicine.
