摘要
近年来,关于碘摄入过量与甲状腺疾病的发病率增加之间的关系引起了社会各界的广泛关注。中医历代医家治"瘿"多用海藻、昆布等含碘丰富的中药,本文对在治疗甲状腺疾病过程中如何个体化地合理使用富碘中药进行了思考与总结。
Recently, the association between excessive intake of iodine and the increase in the morbidity of thyroid diseases has attracted wlcle attention from all sectors of society. The doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in the past dynasties usually applied the iodine-rich Chinese material mediea, such as seaweed, laminaria japonica ete, to treat thyroid diseases. In this paper, the author reflected on and summarized how to use iodine-rich Chinese materia mediea reasonably and individually in the treatment of thyroid diseases.
