摘要
目的:分析脂代谢指标(HDL-C、LDL-C、TC)及血清胱抑素(CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)在高血压合并2型糖尿病患者中的变化状况。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年6月本院诊治的76例高血压患者为A组,76例2型糖尿病患者为B组,76例高血压合并2型糖尿病患者为C组。三组均进行脂代谢指标及血清CysC、Hcy检测,比较三组脂代谢指标及血清CysC、Hcy水平,比较A组与C组中不同高血压分级者、B组与C组中不同糖化血红蛋白水平者的脂代谢指标及血清CysC、Hcy水平。结果:C组HDL-C低于A、B组,LDL-C、TC及血清CysC、Hcy均高于A、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B组脂代谢指标及血清CysC、Hcy比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组与C组中不同高血压分级、B组与C组中不同糖化血红蛋白水平者的脂代谢指标及血清CysC、Hcy水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脂代谢指标及血清CysC、Hcy在高血压合并2型糖尿病患者中呈现明显异常的状态,受血压分级及糖化血红蛋白的影响较大,临床检测价值较高。
Objective:To analyze the changes of lipid metabolism index(HDL-C,LDL-C,TC and serum cystatin(CysC),homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:From June 2017 to June 2018,76 patients with hypertension in our hospital were selected as group A,76 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as group B,and 76 patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as group C.Lipid metabolism and serum CysC and Hcy were measured in three groups.The levels of lipid metabolism and serum CysC and Hcy in three groups were compared,the levels of lipid metabolism and serum CysC and Hcy were compared between group A and C with different grades of hypertension,group B and C with different levels of glycosylated hemoglobin.Result:The HDL-C in group C were lower than those of A and B groups,LDL-C,TC and serum CysC and Hcy were higher than those of group A and B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in lipid metabolism and serum CysC and Hcy between group A and B(P>0.05).The lipid metabolic indexes and serum CysC and Hcy levels of patients with different hypertension grades in group A and C,different glycosylated hemoglobin levels in group B and C were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The lipid metabolism indexes and serum CysC,Hcy in the patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus all show obvious abnormal state,and the influence of hypertension classifications and glycosylated hemoglobin levels for the results are great,so the clinical detection value is higher.
