摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检测糖尿病肾病患者颈动脉结构及血流动力学的价值.方法选择2015年10月至2017年10月间我院收治的75例糖尿病肾病患者为观察组,另选取同期于我院体检的75例健康人员为对照组.两组均予以彩色多普勒超声检查,观察两组的斑块、颈动脉结构和血流动力学.结果观察组患者的斑块检出率为72.00%,显著高于对照组的41.33%(P <0.05).观察组的颈动脉内膜中层厚度和颈总动脉内径均显著高于对照组(P <0.05).早期、中期和晚期糖尿病肾病患者的舒张末期血流速度、血流收缩期峰值流速和阻力指数比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论彩色多普勒超声有利于检测糖尿病肾病患者的颈动脉斑块、颈动脉内膜中层厚度、颈总动脉内径以及血流动力学,临床应用价值较高.
Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the detection of carotid artery structure and hemodynamics in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods 75 DN patients in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected as observation group, another 75 healthy objects at the same period were selected as control group. Color Doppler ultrasound was performed in both groups, and the plaque, carotid structure and hemodynamics in both groups were observed. Results The plaque detection rate of the observation group was 72.00%, higher than 41.33% of the control group(P <0.05). The carotid intima-media thickness and internal diameter of common carotid artery of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). The end-diastolic blood flow velocity, peak flow velocity of systolic blood flow and resistance index were significantly different among early stage, middle stage and late stage of diabetic nephropathy(P <0.05). Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound is helpful for detecting carotid plaque, carotid intima-media thickness, internal diameter of common carotid artery and hemodynamics in DN patients, with high clinical application value.
