摘要
目的:对中医辨证分型治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效进行分析。方法:本次研究100例中风后遗症患者均为2016年5月-2018年5月期间我院收治的患者,患者入组后以随机分组的形式将其分为两组,对照组50例患者给予常规治疗,实验组50例患者给予中医辨证分型治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:①对照组治疗总有效率为80.0%,与实验组治疗总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②对照组生活质量评分与实验组生活质量评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证分型治疗中风后遗症的效果较为理想,更提高了患者的生活质量,且中医药物为天然药物,因此具有较高的安全性,在临床应用中有着广阔的前景。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation on sequelae of stroke. Methods: 100 patients were randomized into two groups, 50 patients in each group. The experimental group were treated by TCM syndrome differentiation,and the control group was given conventional treatment. Results: The total efficiency in the control group was 80.0%, lower than the experimental group(P<0.05). The difference of quality of life scores between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation is effective on sequelae of stroke, by improving the quality of life, with safety.
