摘要
目的关于中风后遗症患者中医证候和中风主症的相关性探究。方法选择2017年1月至2019年6月来我院进行治疗的140例中风后遗症患者作为本文的调查对象,对所有患者临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结,研究中医正喉和中风主症之间的相关性。结果通过对本文的分析可以得出,中风后遗症患者的中医证候主要表现为:阴虚血瘀、阴虚阳亢、气虚血瘀、风痰阻络等;阴虚血瘀患者主要存在感觉障碍和自发性神经痛表现为正相关,和口眼歪斜表现为负相关;阴虚阳亢患者主要和肢体麻木、肢体坚硬表现为正相关,与自发性神经痛表现为负相关;气虚血瘀患者主要和肢体软瘫表现为正相关,与肢体硬瘫、口眼歪斜、感觉障碍、肢体麻木表现为负相关;风痰阻络患者主要和肢体软硬不显、口眼歪斜、吞咽障碍等表现为正相关,与肢体硬瘫表现为负相关。结论中风后遗症患者的中医证候和中风症状存在明显的关联,这种相关性和中风的主症各自的病机与特点存在一定联系,所以也提示中风后遗症患者应进行辩证的重视主症变化。
Objective To investigate the correlation between TCM symptoms and main symptoms of stroke in patients with stroke sequelae.Methods A total of 140 patients with stroke sequelae who came to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.The clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized to study the relationship between Chinese medicine and the main symptoms of stroke and stroke.Results Through the analysis of this article,it can be concluded that the symptoms of TCM patients with stroke sequelae are mainly:yin deficiency and blood stasis,yin deficiency and impotence,qi deficiency and blood stasis,and wind phlegm and blood stasis.Patients with yin deficiency and blood stasis mainly have sensory disturbances.It was positively correlated with spontaneous neuralgia and negatively correlated with orbital sinus;patients with yin deficiency and impotence were positively related to limb numbness and limb stiffness,and negatively correlated with spontaneous neuralgia;patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis mainly with the soft palate of the limbs showed a positive correlation,with limbs hard palate,mouth and eye skew,sensory disturbances,limb numbness performance was negatively correlated;wind phlegm obstruction patients mainly and limbs soft and hard,obstruction,dysphagia,etc.It is positively correlated and negatively correlated with physical hard palate.Conclusion There is a clear correlation between TCM symptoms and stroke symptoms in patients with stroke sequelae.This correlation is related to the pathogenesis and characteristics of the main symptoms of stroke.Therefore,patients with stroke sequelae should be dialectically emphasized.
