摘要
目的:探讨雾化治疗患儿采用循证护理对依从性及家属满意度的改善作用。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年5月就诊本院需要进行雾化治疗的儿童102例作为主要研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=51)。观察组采用循证护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式。对比两组雾化治疗的依从性及其家属的满意度。结果:观察组中断雾化、遵医嘱就诊、配合检查例数和复诊率均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属对护理人员的服务态度、技术水平,病区环境及治疗措施满意程度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理措施用于雾化治疗患儿能够降低中断次数,提高患儿对雾化治疗的依从性及配合程度,患儿家属对护理的满意程度更高,具有一定的借鉴价值。
Objective:To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing on compliance and family satisfaction of the children with atomization therapy.Method:102 children needed atomization therapy from June2017 to May 2018 in our hospital were selected as the main subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=51)and control group(n=51)by random number table method.The observation group was given evidence-based nursing,and the control group was given routine nursing.The compliance of atomization and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The number of cases interrupted atomization,followed the doctor’s advice,cooperated with the examination and the rate of return in the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The service attitude,technical level,treatment area environment and treatment satisfaction score of the family members in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing measures used in atomization therapy of children can reduce the number of interruptions,improve the compliance of children with atomization therapy and cooperation degree,the family members of the children have a higher degree of satisfaction with the nursing.It has a certain reference value.
