氧驱动雾化吸入与空气压缩泵雾化吸入对儿童喘息性支气管炎的治疗效果对比 被引量:6

The Comparison Effects of Oxygen Driven Atomization Inhalation and Air Compression Pump Inhalation on Athmatic Bronchitis in Children

摘要 目的:探讨氧驱动雾化吸入与空气压缩泵雾化吸入对儿童喘息性支气管炎的治疗效果。方法:选择香港大学深圳医院收治的喘息性支气管炎患儿200例,将入选患儿随机分为A组和B组,每组各100例,患儿在对症治疗基础上均采用雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液及复方异丙托溴铵溶液进行治疗,A组通过氧驱动雾化,B组采用空气压缩泵雾化,比较两组患儿症状、体征变化。结果:A组患儿治疗总有效率为96.00%,B组治疗总有效率为88.00%,A组总有效率比B组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患儿喘鸣音消失时间与气喘缓解时间均比B组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后SaO_2均提高,且A组患儿SaO_2比B组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规对症治疗基础上采用氧气驱动雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液联合复方异丙托溴铵溶液治疗喘息性支气管炎能提高临床疗效,促进症状缓解、缩短病程、改善组织供氧,效果优于空气压缩泵雾化吸入。 Objective:To investigate the effect of oxygen driven atomization inhalation and air compression pump inhalation on asthmatic bronchitis in children.Method:A total of 200 children with asthmatic bronchitis were admitted to Shenzhen Hospital of Hong Kong University.The children were randomly divided into group A and group B,100 cases in each group.They were treated with aerosol inhalation of Budesonide and compound Ipratropium Bromide on the basis of symptomatic treatment.Group A was used oxygen-driven atomization therapy,and group B was used air compression pump inhalation therapy.The symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate was 96.00%in group A,the total effective rate in group B was 88.00%.The total effective rate in group A was higher than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of wheezing sound and the relieving time of asthma in group A were shorter than those of group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,SaO2 in both groups were increased,SaO2 in group A was higher than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment with oxygen atomizing inhalation of Budesonide combined with Ipratropium Bromide solution in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis can improve the clinical efficacy and patient's symptoms,shorten the course,improve tissue oxygen supply,and the effect is better than air compression pump inhalation.
