摘要
目的建立综合医院循证转化护理专业组,探讨其在临床实践中的应用效果。方法确立循证和转化双目标,内部设立护理部-核心组-研究护士-实践护士组织架构,外部搭建循证护理和知识转化中心转化平台,创建双循环的运行模式和双轨的管理模式。结果循证转化护理专业组建立后,患者的临床结局得到了改善,医院循证护理人才得到了培养,专业组得到了国际组织的认可。结论循证转化护理专业组的建立可促进循证转化的发展,对患者的安全、护士的培养和医院的发展均起到一定作用。
Objective To establish evidence-based knowledge translation professional group in general hospital, and to explore its effects on clinical practice. Methods Double goals including evidence-based nursing and knowledge translation were built,inner organization structure of ＂Nursing Department-Core Group-Research Nurse-Practice Nurse＂ was set up,outer platform of ＂Evidence-Based Nursing and Knowledge Translation Center＂ was established, ＂double cycle＂ operation mode and ＂double track＂ management mode were developed. Results After establishment of evidence-based knowledge translation professional group,24 nurses received systematic training in evidence-based nursing knowledge translation. We successfully joined Best Practice Spotlight Organization of Canadian. Conclusion Evidence-based knowledge translation professional group in general hospital can promote the development of evidence-based nursing knowledge translation.
