摘要
精神分裂症是一种重型精神疾病,中医药治疗精神分裂症有特色,但疗效有限,目前在临床中多作为辅助治疗。因此,急需从新的病机角度来认识精神分裂症以提高临床疗效。通过梳理历代中医名家对精神分裂症病因、病机的认识,发现从毒损脑络角度论治精神分裂症具有坚实的中医理论基础。精神分裂症发病的炎症免疫假说支持了从毒损脑络角度论治精神分裂症的可行性。在临床实践中,课题组提出解毒清脑的治法,并创制中药复方,取得了较好的临床疗效。
Schizophrenia is one of major psychosis. TCM has special features in treating it. However, the efficacy of TCM is limited, and is always regarded as adjuvant therapy in clinic. Therefore, it is necessary to understand schizophrenia from the perspective of new pathogenesis to improve clinical efficacy. After reviewing famous TCM masters’ understanding of etiology and pathogenesis of schizophrenia, we find that treating schizophrenia, from the theory of damaged brain collaterals by toxin, has solid foundation of TCM theory. Inflammatory immune hypothesis, in the pathogenesis of schizophrenia, supports the treatment of schizophrenia from the theory of damaged brain collaterals by toxin. In clinical practice, research group proposes the treatment of Jiedu Qingnao decoction, creating Chinese herbal compound, and achieving better clinical efficacy.
