摘要
随着互联网时代飞速发展,改变了人们获取信息的渠道,传统的课堂教学已无法满足人们对知识多元化的需求,被动知识灌输模式早已被新型教学模式取而代之。文章介绍翻转课堂的内涵,阐述翻转课堂在管理学基础课程设计与实施路径,最后针对翻转课堂在管理学基础课程教学实施中存在优势及不足进行总结,以便在教学过程中不断改善教学质量和教学效果。
With the rapid development of the Internet era,people's access to information has been changed.Traditional classroom teaching has been unable to meet people's needs for knowledge diversification.Passive knowledge inculcation mode has been replaced by new teaching modes.This paper introduces the connotation of the flip classroom,elaborates the design steps and Implementation Paths of the flip classroom in the basic course of management,and finally summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the flip classroom in the implementation of the basic course of management in order to improve the teaching quality and effect in the teaching process.
